Things to Keep in Mind
At the Cape Chamber, we are happy to help you coordinate your Ribbon Cutting or Groundbreaking ceremony. Please keep the following in mind when planning your celebration:
Advanced Notice
We recommend scheduling your Ribbon Cutting at least two weeks in advance to ensure adequate attendance.
Time
Celebratory events are scheduled Monday-Friday between the hours of 9 AM-4 PM.
Who's Invited
We will invite local officials and the Chamber membership to attend unless otherwise noted.
Supplies
The Chamber will provide a photographer, ceremonial scissors and a large ribbon for you to cut.
Event Promotion
We will share the event in the Monday Morning Memo and will provide a media kit to you at no additional cost.
