Strollin’ Through the Colon
Excluding skin cancers, colorectal cancer is the third most common cancer diagnosed in the United States.
In conjunction with the American Cancer Society and the Missouri Cancer Consortium, Saint Francis Healthcare System will host a Strollin’ Through the Colon one-mile walk at Saint Francis Medical Center Entrance 6 on Saturday, March 9. Registration will start at 8:30 am and the walk will begin at 9.
Funds raised through registration will benefit the CancerCare Fund through the Saint Francis Foundation, which helps cancer patients in need with nutritional supplements, medicine, transportation and lodging, as well as increases access to free cancer screenings.
Strollin’ Through the Colon will be held on Saturday, March 9, at the Saint Francis Cancer Institute, located at Entrance 6 of Saint Francis Medical Center. Registration will begin at 8:30 am and the one-mile walk around the Medical Center campus will begin at 9 am.

Registrations by midnight on February 20 will receive a Strollin’ Through the Colon walk shirt; registrations after that date may not receive a shirt.
