When Pigs Fly BBQ Bash

The 3rd Annual When Pigs Fly Indoor BBQ Bash returns to the Show Me Center on Saturday, January 14, 2023. Doors open at 10:30am and admission includes SAMPLING at ALL professional BBQ team booths for BBQ (Peoples’ Choice Judging) and the Hero’s Cup!

This year’s Master of Ceremonies is the Winningest MAN in BBQ, Myron Mixon! Plus Mathew Griner (Southern Q) & Susie Bulloch (Hey Grill Hey) will be doing cooking demos throughout the day for all attendees.

Games & Live Music all under the amazing BBQ aroma inside the Show Me Center where it’s guaranteed to be 70 degrees! Again this year, you can watch all of the PRO BBQ Teams throw down in a Steak Cookoff Association contest as well!
