Monster Mash Car Bash

Old Town Cape, Inc. will once again host the Monster Mash Car Bash in Downtown Cape Girardeau. This exciting family-friendly event is a creative spin on the traditional Trunk-or-Treat events that have grown in popularity over the years.

On Sunday, October 30, from 4-5:30 p.m., families are invited to join us at 35 S. Spanish St. where classic & festively decorated cars will be parked and ready with fun displays and trunks full of candy.

There will be several free on-site fun activities and a bounce house, generously provided by SEMO Athletics, available for children. Rowdy, the SEMO mascot, will also be on-site! A Halloween themed photo booth area will be set up, and pictures will be free for all participants.

Three awards will be given out at the event for car drivers, “Most Creative Vehicle Display”, “Best Costume,” and The Bank of Missouri’s “Spookiest Vehicle.” This event is free to attend for trick-or-treaters and is open to the public (costumes are encouraged).

Vehicles that are interested in participating should call 573-334-8085 or e-mail sydneywaters@oldtowncape.org to register their vehicle by October 28.
