The Chateau Girardeau Retirement Announcement

The Cape Retirement Community, Inc. dba The Chateau Girardeau is announcing the retirement of Keith Boeller, President and Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2024. Mr. Boeller joined Cape Retirement Community January 1, 2015, in his current role. Prior to serving as President and CEO, Mr. Boeller served as a member of its Board of Directors for several years.

During Mr. Boeller’s tenure, The Chateau Girardeau has experienced substantial growth and navigated many challenges. These accomplishments include substantial improvements to The Chateau Girardeau campus including the expansion of seven additional single family “Estate Homes”. Amid these positive changes, the COVID-19 pandemic created unprecedented challenges for senior care organizations like The Chateau Girardeau. Mr. Boeller’s leadership in navigating that crisis was truly impressive and appreciated.

Mr. Boeller was instrumental in the acquisition, planning, development, and launching of a second campus known as The Chateau at Ramsay’s Run. The Ramsay’s Run project is underway along Bloomfield Road adjacent to Dalhousie Golf Club. This development is approximately 55 acres designed to provide additional independent living offerings and expand the amenities of the organization. Ramsay’s Run is currently constructing homes and taking reservations on a waiting list.
The Board of Directors and employees of Cape Retirement Community, Inc. wish Mr. Boeller the best in his retirement, and look forward to his continued support and participation in the future success of The Chateau Girardeau and The Chateau at Ramsay’s Run.
