FREE Mental Health First Aid Training

The SEMO AHEC is offering FREE Mental Health First Aid training to recognize the signs and symptoms of a mental health challenge in either adults (the adult course) or in young people (the youth course); all participants must be 18 years of age or older to be certified.  This is a 3-year national certification.

The training cost value is currently at $170 per person, and AHEC has acquired grant funds to be able to offer this to the SW Missouri community for FREE.  The only ask that we have for organizations and groups is that you provide lunch for your staff/groups that participate (when choosing fully in person or blended in person options).
