Southeast Behavioral Hospital is now offering Intensive Outpatient Services for adults (18+)

Intensive Outpatient Services consist of comprehensive treatment for adults who do not require 24-hr care. Participants attend therapy groups during the day or evening, and return home after programming. Typically, these services last anywhere from 12-16 sessions, however, our services are specifically tailored to meet the needs of our clients. Topics covered in group include triggers, coping skills, relaxation techniques, mental illness exploration and explanation, anxiety, communication skills, self-esteem, present moment awareness, and more.
